Hi! I'm Erica, and I Get It

I'm a certified life coach, bestselling author of The Minimalist Way, and—most importantly—a wife (married 19 years 🤯) and a mom of three (ages 12, 15, and 16). 

I spent a LOT of years running on empty and ignoring the warning signs. I often worried that my family could see the dullness in my eyes—the missing spark.

It took me too long to realize that while I thought I was giving everyone my all, in reality, I was only giving them a ghost of myself.

I finally learned that making myself a top priority was key to reigniting my spark.


It isn't selfish; it literally serves everyone around you.

If you're operating at half capacity, imagine what you could do—in your family, your community, and the world—if you were operating at full capacity.

Goodness yes.

The Problem Is...

We all know what a difference self-care makes, but it's hard to prioritize it when life is so full. 

Even more than that, it's hard to give ourselves consistent care.

But (whether we like it or not! 😂) consistency is what makes the biggest difference. The occasional 60-minute massage or weekend getaway isn't ultimately going to impact how you show up in your day-to-day life. 

It's the small, consistent acts of care for yourself—threaded throughout the days and weeks that make up your life—that will help you recapture your spark.

The Restoration Room!

The Restoration Room is an online gathering place for women who want to focus on imperfect-but-consistent self-care this year. 🙌

It's a no-commitment, monthly membership designed to be simple, supportive, and FUN! 

Every month, we'll focus on one self-care practice; we'll share our wins and fails—as well as cheer each other on—in a private group chat. 

At the beginning of every month, I'll publish a private podcast episode introducing that month's practice and sharing what I plan to try. At the end of the month, I'll drop another episode, reporting on how it went and what I/we learned.
